Measuring Outcomes
Measurable outcomes of services are agreed to prior to commencing any work. Examples of KPI measurements set to projects are:
Increases in sales, improved customer service standards, attract best people, reduce staff turnover, increase employee productivity, strengthen employer brand, up skill workforce, increase profit, meet budgeted EBIT and enable growth opportunities.
Training Evaluation forms are also used after each training session to gauge participant feedback and assist in follow through of training outcomes.
A summary & evaluation report is provided to the Client at the end of each training session. This includes feedback of the session and the group from HRIQ and participant evaluations.
Recommended actions are submitted to the Client to ensure training opportunities are maximised back in the workplace & maintained to achieve results.
