  • Strategic Sessions

    Strategic Sessions are normally conducted with the Executive and Senior Management teams.

    These sessions are designed carefully together with the Managing Director and key stakeholders to produce desired outcomes and deliverables.

    Most clients conduct these sessions on a quarterly basis to engage senior team members into strategic goals, track progress on financial KPI's and strategic projects and make important decisions to maximise overall organisational performance.

    Strategic Sessions are also used to formulate strategic initiatives such as setting company vision & values or update the team on strategic matters that affect all key stakeholders.

    In addition HRIQ provides all attendees a follow up action plan with session minutes, outcomes and actions to ensure follow through and accountability from all key stakeholders. This plan is then used by the Senior team to action until the next session.
