Training & Development Design & Facilitation
Training Programs are designed to meet the specific needs of Client and engage employees on all levels of the business into strategic objectives. For this reason special care is taken to ensure content reflects organisational culture/values and vision. HRIQ programs are tailored with exclusivity in mind for the Client. A course workbook is provided along with any training materials such as activities, handouts, in store checklists, measurement tools etc.
HRIQ Training Programs are interactive and there are no room for passengers. Participants will engage in learning activities, team exercises and be made to think outside of the square for practical solutions as a group. Workshops are fun and engaging and require 100% participation.
Training Programs can also be delivered outdoors should it suit the Client's needs and lend itself to team building activities.
