Training and Programs
HRIQ Training Programs are designed to meet the specific needs of Client and engage employees on all levels of the business into strategic objectives. For this reason special care is taken to ensure content reflects organisational culture / values and vision. HRIQ programs are tailored with exclusivity in mind for the Client. We take pride in never delivering "off the shelf" material.
A course workbook is provided to all participants along with any training materials such as activities, handouts, checklists, measurement tools etc. All material is branded to suit organisational brand image.
HRIQ Training Programs are interactive and there are no room for passengers. Participants will engage in learning activities, team exercises and be made to think outside of the square for practical solutions as a group. Workshops are entertaining and engaging and are aimed to inspire development and growth in individuals and as a team.
Training Venues are dependant on client needs and will be sourced & costed accordingly.
